Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of SScanerTwain and the AEE GROUP website. By purchasing or using a licence, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.

1. Licence and permitted use

SScanerTwain is licensed, not sold. Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, AEE GROUP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription licence for one PC for the period purchased. You may not share, resell, publish, or transfer your licence key, or use one licence on multiple PCs.

2. Subscription plans

• 1 Month — ₹400
• 3 Months — ₹1,000
• 6 Months — ₹1,800
• 1 Year — ₹3,500

Prices, taxes, currency conversion and payment fees, if any, should be shown before checkout. A subscription does not renew automatically unless this is clearly disclosed and expressly agreed during purchase.

3. Payment and activation

Activation and licence delivery occur after payment is successfully verified. Keep your licence key secure. If payment is deducted but activation fails, contact support with your transaction reference; do not send full card details or security codes.

4. Restrictions

You must not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or misuse the software except where applicable law does not permit such restriction. You must not use the software unlawfully or interfere with its security.

5. Intellectual property

Software and associated materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party components may be subject to their own licences.

6. Updates and availability

Features, compatibility and updates may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Back up important documents and verify scanned files.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are assessed case by case, subject to applicable law and the published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AEE GROUP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software. Nothing limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension or termination

A licence may be suspended or terminated for material breach, including licence-key sharing or unlawful use, subject to applicable law. Expiry ends the right to use subscription-only features.

10. Changes and contact

Terms may be updated for future use; material changes will be communicated where required. Contact support@aeegroupno1.com.
